You could just buy blue bulbs... Cheaper and easier...

Do yourself a favor and buy them.. If it wasent for a school project i would never had made the 1 set.

The front ones are the ones i bought. they are called Varad HeadLight Flashers.
for what they cost, just buy them.
There are a couple on eBay.

Here's the 2 function's they do.

When a 12v source is applied they turn on a constant color ( like i have done )
When Ignition is turned OFF they flash ( i had this done for a while but just got anoying )

you can have both feratures hooked up constant while driving, blinking while parked.
easy 4 wire connection
1) Red-Power
2) Black-Ground
3) Yellow-Ignition
4) Blue-12v headlight source

the auctions do really say how to wire it.
